Description of duties of group manager:
1- Striving for coherence and increasing the cooperation and synergy of the seven activities of the respected members of the group.
2- Prioritizing research projects in partnership with other basic and clinical science groups of the university.
3- Guiding the activities of the group in order to interact and cooperate with academic and research centers inside and outside the country, as well as relevant national and international organizations and institutions.
4- Efforts to conduct applied and interdisciplinary research and create value and knowledge-based products in such a way that the possibility of providing research financial resources from the local area other than university research budgets is provided.
5- Special attention to the use of the respected members of the group of new educational methods and continuous scientific evaluation of students by educational level.
6- Guiding the activities of the group with proper interaction with the assistants of the faculty in order to advance the university's goals.
7- Providing a suitable platform for the optimal use of respected young academic staff members in the form of service commitment or service purchase
8- Complete cooperation with related research centers of the university.
9- Necessary arrangements for timely graduation of students and guiding theses towards community-oriented researches and solving the problems of the country's educational and health care systems.
10-Continuous supervision and counseling with students who suffer academic failure.
11- The appointment of professors as academic advisors for students is emphasized.
12-Presenting the road plan of the group in short, medium and long term and presenting it to the Vice Chancellor of Education of the university.
